We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form. The form cannot be sent without it. Giving consent is voluntary; if you prefer, you can simply call or WhatsApp us instead.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time — it is as easy as giving it. Email enquiry@re-infotech.com with the subject “Withdraw consent”, or call / WhatsApp +91 97646 81971. We will stop using your data and erase it within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect anything we lawfully did before you withdrew.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
- Correction and updating — fix inaccurate or incomplete data, or update it;
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data;
- Grievance redressal — complain to us and get a response;
- Nomination — nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any of these rights, email enquiry@re-infotech.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or call +91 97646 81971. We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example, by replying from the same phone number or email you used) so we don’t give your data to someone else.
6. Grievances and questions
Questions or complaints about how we handle your personal data can be sent to our Grievance Officer:
We will acknowledge your grievance promptly and resolve it as soon as possible, and in any case within 90 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, set up under the DPDP Act, 2023, through the digital means it provides. Details are published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology at meity.gov.in. The Act expects you to try our grievance process first.
7. Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal data. Your enquiry is handled only by the RE Infotech team. We use these service providers (Data Processors) to run the website and receive your enquiry, under their own security obligations:
- Hostinger — hosts this website and its content delivery network, and processes server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and operation;
- Our email service provider — delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
We may disclose data if the law requires it, for example to a court or government authority.
8. Google Maps
The map on our contact page is off by default. It loads only if you choose “Show the map”. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and device details and handles them under Google’s privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other websites take you to services that have their own privacy policies.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for one year from our last contact with you, which is also the minimum period required by the DPDP Rules, 2025. After that we erase it, unless you have become a customer (in which case your agreement with us governs) or the law requires us to keep it longer. Spam-protection records are deleted after one hour.
10. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including: HTTPS encryption for the whole site; strict security headers and content-security policy; server-side checks that block spam and email-header injection; no database of enquiries on the web server (enquiries go straight to our mailbox); and access to the mailbox limited to the RE Infotech team. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Rules require.
11. Children
This website is meant for adults who run business networking chapters. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
12. Language
This notice is in English. You can ask for it in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India by contacting us, and we will provide it.
13. Chapter360 app data
This notice covers the chapter360.in website only. Personal data entered into a chapter’s own Chapter360 app (for example member names, phone numbers and payment records) is handled under a separate agreement and privacy notice provided to that chapter.
14. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the version and date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where required.
